President University marked the construction of its newest canteen by symbolically embedding a pile foundation on the PresUniv campus on Wednesday (20/12). Attending the event was the Chairman of Yayasan Pendidikan President University (YPUP) Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Susilo Soepandji, DEA, Rector PresUniv Jony Oktavian Haryanto, vice rectors, board or chairs of YPUP, as well as a number of lecturers and staffs.

The embed procession was marked by the sound of sirens performed by the Chairman of the Presidential Education Foundation, Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Susilo Soepandji, DEA. “This canteen is expected not only as a place to eat, but also to be a discussion place among lecturers and students,” said Budi Susilo in his inauguration speech.

The event continued with a symbolic pile embed procession and then closed by a joint prayer led by Drs. Teuku Rezasyah, MA, PhD., Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, PresUniv.
